Terms of Service
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Click Trap Media website at www.clicktrapmedia.com and any services provided by Click Trap Media, operated by Casa Plant Club LLC, a limited liability company based in South Scottsdale, Arizona ("we," "us," or "our").
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Click Trap Media provides organic social media marketing services including brand discovery, brand guidelines development, social media platform setup and management, content campaign management, and related consulting services for local businesses.
Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements entered into between Click Trap Media and each client.
Client Responsibilities
To receive our services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their business
- Designate a content touchpoint person responsible for supplying photos and videos during active campaigns
- Provide timely access to social media accounts and Google Business Profile as required
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Provide content assets (photos, videos) that they own or have rights to use
Payments and Refunds
Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. The following general terms apply:
- The kickstart fee is due prior to commencement of brand discovery work and is non-refundable once work has begun
- Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each month of service
- A 6-month minimum contract term applies to all monthly retainer arrangements
- Payments are processed via Square. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed fees
- Late payments may result in a pause in services

Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and brand assets you provide to us. By providing them, you grant Click Trap Media a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your contracted services.
Our work product: Brand guidelines documents, content strategy frameworks, and other deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment of all fees owed.
Our brand: The Click Trap Media name, logo, website content, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Casa Plant Club LLC. You may not use our brand assets without written permission.
Content Standards
You agree not to provide us with content that:
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Is defamatory, harassing, or harmful to any individual or group
We reserve the right to decline to publish content that we believe violates these standards or the terms of service of any social media platform.
No Guarantee of Results
Organic social media growth depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, content quality, audience behavior, and market conditions. While we commit to applying our full expertise and effort on your behalf, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or business outcomes.
What we do guarantee is consistent execution, transparent reporting, and honest communication throughout our engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to the minimum contract term. Early termination by the client prior to the end of the 6-month contract term does not relieve the client of payment obligations for the remaining contract period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a client violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior toward our team, or fails to make payment after reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Trap Media and Casa Plant Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Click Trap Media in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
